What We Do
Our services include every step of the countertop process. During your initial appointment with us, we gather information on your interests to better understand your personality... After all your kitchen and finishes are an extension of you. We ask questions about the other areas in your home, such as cabinet color, flooring, wall color, appliances, art, etc. Selections are made and a quote is provided.
After acceptance of the quote, templates are scheduled, and the project moves to the fabrication stage. This is where Artisan prides itself over the competition. A lot of time is spent studying the material to be cut to ensure the best possible seam placement and material flow. On to the polishing and QC. This is where edges are routed, sinks are cut out and, and polishing is completed. A familiar face will be present on the day of installation. This is because the lead installer was the tech who templated. Most companies source different individuals' for templates and installation. We like to have the same person because they are knowledgeable about the nuances of the job. Installation is typically completed in 1 day which concludes our process.

Since then, Artisan has faced many challenges from the economic crisis of 2008 to natural disasters destroying the home base location on Emerald Isle. However, Artisan has always persevered…and continues to grow today.
